Day of Champions

Please join us for FCA's Day of Champions.  The forms below will help you to register.

1.  The Registration Roster Form is for huddle coaches/group leaders to complete.  The names of all attendees and their individual information should all be entered on this form and sent in with payment - $20 per person - to the Big Country FCA Office / PO Box 6605 / Abilene, TX  79608.  All attendees (who register prior to the deadline of Jan. 23rd) will receive a Day of Champions T-shirt, an FCA bible and dinner.

2.  The Waiver Form is for each individual attendee.  Huddle Coaches/Group leaders should print this form out and make copies for each person in your group.  This form MUST be completed and signed by a parent or guardian before attendees can participate in the activities planned for the day.

3.  The Promo Flyer will help you promote and inform those on your campus of this upcoming event.  Please feel free to print as many as you'd like.
